I, the undersigned, herby consign the item(s) listed to The Good-Buy Girls, 1752 W. Allen Street Allentown, PA. 18104 for a period of 8 weeks. Prices will be set by management at the time of consignment.

If the items are sold within an 8-week period, I will receive 50% of the purchase price. Out of season and over-stocked items are subject to clearance sales and price adjustments according to market demand. All items will be removed from the sales floor at the end of your consignment period, and placed in one area of the store, eliminating some confusion, and minimizing loss. Please notify us a few days before the end of your consignment date if you wish to have your items returned to you otherwise, they will be donated or become property of the Good Buy Girls within one week. We are limited by space and are unable to store your items. We are always appreciative of donated items, as we will be supporting various charities throughout the Lehigh Valley. A tax form will be made available to you upon request for all donations. Checks will be issued throughout the 8 week consigning period for amounts due of $15.00 or more, Any amount below $15.00 can be picked up by consignor during regular business hours.

I herby warrant that I have complete title to the merchandise listed and will not hold The Good-Buy Girls responsible for any claim of title to it. I also understand that the Good-Buy Girls assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
